No they don't, they are supposed to focus on Armed robberies as a special police unit

There were other demands as well, including better welfare for the police, clamp down on corruption etc
These police men would harrass these young men and extort monies from them and in some cases they've killed their victims
They wanted an end to constant harrasment and constant brutalization of young men sometimes falsely accused by these police men of being internet fraudsters
